Shipping policy
We offer as many shipping options as possible, depending on the products ordered.
Rates will be determined based on weight and dimensions of the products ordered.
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, Canada Post or Purolator based on your selection in the checkout.
Credit card authorization must be processed before we can ship your order.
Carriers deliver on business days, excluding holidays.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.
All orders will be shipped in heavy-duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes.
We ship to Canada and the USA.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Estimated production timelines will be confirmed if items are currently out of stock.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process personalization or customization requests.
Once the items are shipped out, you will receive another email with the tracking information in order to track your shipment.
